Job Requirements

Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours
must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry up to 25 pounds
must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
must tolerate exposure to second-hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, and bright lights
must have excellent communication skills
must have at least two years of relevant experience

Job Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience as a Hookah Master in upscale and high-volume nightclubs or lounges
additional experience in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels, or events
proven track record of sales generation through upselling
excellent communication skills in English
working knowledge of a second language preferred
ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele
knowledge of hookah flavors and tobacco brands

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality hookahs using proper techniques
maintain and clean hookah equipment regularly
serve hookahs to guests with excellent customer service
recommend hookah flavors and tobacco brands to guests
generate sales through upselling and customer engagement
ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
assist in managing hookah inventory and supplies
