Our hotel is a welcoming, home-style establishment located in Hilliard, Ohio, perfectly situated within walking distance of a variety of shops and restaurants, including the popular Market at Mill Run Shopping Center. This location offers guests convenient access to major highways—Interstate 270, Interstate 70, and Interstate 71—making travel effortless whether for business or leisure. Designed to feel like a home away from home, our hotel provides spacious suites that ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each morning, guests enjoy a complimentary hot full breakfast in our cozy lodge area, setting the tone for a great day. In the evenings from Monday through Thursday, guests can unwind and socialize over complimentary evening socials. High-speed internet access is available throughout the property, keeping guests connected during their visit. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and serve as the ultimate guest experience guru. This role is ideal for someone who excels at making warm, welcoming first impressions and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the face of our hotel, the Front Desk Agent will master the art of smooth check-ins, assist guests with their needs, and handle every interaction with friendliness and professionalism. Beyond greeting guests, this role requires multitasking abilities to manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, financial transactions, and unexpected requests with precision and grace. The successful candidate will be a quick-thinking problem solver, ready to address challenges proactively and maintain smooth operations at the front desk.

This position not only demands excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with guests and internal teams but also a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Being a multifaceted role, the Front Desk Agent will balance several responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining an inviting environment and ensuring guest satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will have familiarity with hotel management software and the Microsoft Office suite, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably have experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
