As a housekeeper at our hotel, you will be the heartbeat of our operations and the secret ingredient behind every sparkling guest experience. Your role is critical in transforming guest rooms into spotless retreats, maintaining cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms, and ensuring that every corner of the hotel gleams with pride. This position requires not just a commitment to cleanliness but also a passion for customer service, as you are often the friendly face guests remember. You will have the opportunity to undertake deep cleaning projects such as replacing AC filters and performing minor maintenance tasks that keep the hotel looking its best. Maintaining a well-stocked housekeeping cart and freshening up beds with crisp linens will be part of your daily activities. Beyond cleaning, you will contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering items with a smile and assisting guests whenever needed.

Safety is also a top priority in this role. As part of the housekeeping team, you will be responsible for recognizing and mitigating safety hazards to ensure a secure environment for both guests and staff.
