Job Description
We are a well-established hospitality company that manages a diverse portfolio of over 800 hotels worldwide. Our commitment is to provide exceptional guest experiences by fostering a people-first workplace culture and offer substantial growth opportunities for our employees. The property in question is located conveniently across I-85 from Georgia Tech, just a short walk from Midtown's vibrant dining and business districts. It offers extended-stay suites, a fitness center, and rooms with fully equipped in-suite kitchens. Guests enjoy the benefits of complimentary hot breakfast and WiFi, making their stays comfortable and convenient. Nearby attractions include the Coca-Cola home office, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and State Farm Arena, all within a short driving distance, making this location a hub for both leisure and business travelers.
We are currently seeking a House Attendant to join our energetic team. This role is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and overall welcoming environment of our hotel. As a House Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other communal spaces, remain spotless, orderly, and guest-ready. You will support the housekeeping team by performing behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our hotel operating smoothly and ensure guests feel comfortable and valued. The role also involves assisting with events by setting up chairs, tables, and technical equipment, contributing to memorable meeting and event experiences. Safety is a key priority; you will be expected to secure sensitive areas, manage lost-and-found items efficiently, and adhere to safe work practices to promote a hazard-free environment. This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude toward customer service.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income protection, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. In addition, daily pay options might be available. As part of our team, you will experience a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that prioritizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee recognition through daily stand-up meetings. If you are looking to grow your hospitality career while making a meaningful difference in guest experiences, we encourage you to apply.
