Job Description

Right at Home is a leading provider of in-home care services dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities. This company operates as a compassionate and client-centered franchise, which emphasizes the importance of building meaningful relationships between caregivers and clients. Their mission is clear: to provide the Right Care by connecting clients with care teams that act like friends, offering personal care and attention whenever and wherever needed. Operating within the healthcare and home care industry, Right at Home is recognized for creating a positive and supportive work environment, making it an ideal place for individuals who are passionate about serving others and making a tangible difference in their communities.

The role of Responsive Recruiter at Right at Home is designed for individuals who appreciate the value of caregiving and who take pride in their ability to connect with people. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of care and professionalism that define the company. It offers competitive pay ranging from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour and provides flexible schedules to accommodate different lifestyles and commitments, including mobile clock in and out systems for convenience. Located within local communities, this role allows you to serve seniors close to home, enabling you to contribute significantly to the wellbeing of your community’s most vulnerable populations.

As a Responsive Recruiter, you will embody the company’s core values by fostering compassionate, reliable, and empathetic relationships with clients. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role, including instruction on how to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to keep yourself and clients safe. The company's culture promotes honesty, energy, and approachability, all essential characteristics for successfully communicating with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to listen carefully, make informed decisions, and maintain a positive and resourceful attitude while managing the demands of the job.

In this caregiving role, you won’t just provide basic assistance; you will be a crucial part of seniors’ and adults’ daily lives, helping with homemaking tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and cleaning, but only as a small part of your duties. Most of your time will be spent providing companionship and emotional support by participating in social activities, assisting with hobbies, or accompanying clients on walks and errands. Your role might also involve preparing meals and shopping for groceries, building a trusting and supportive partnership with the clients.

Right at Home promises ongoing support and professional development, including best-in-class training and coaching, open lines of communication, and regular recognition and rewards. This franchise is independently owned and operated, so candidates’ applications will be handled directly by the local management team. For individuals who have a genuine passion for caregiving, a strong sense of integrity, and a commitment to making a positive impact every day, this position offers not only a job but a meaningful career path that helps improve lives one client at a time.
