Job Description

Lennar is one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, renowned for its commitment to building quality homes while delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong emphasis on community involvement and associate growth, Lennar has consistently been recognized among the top homebuilders across the United States and proudly holds status as a Fortune 500 company. The company's core mission centers around creating extraordinary experiences not only for homeowners but also for the communities it serves and its dedicated associates. Lennar fosters a culture of opportunity and career advancement, empowering its employees to build a successful future within the organization. Lennar stands out in the homebuilding industry by blending innovation, customer focus, and social responsibility to make a meaningful impact in the neighborhood where it operates.

The Homebuyer Concierge is a pivotal role within Lennar’s customer experience team. This position serves as the primary liaison for homebuyers from the moment their Purchase Agreement is signed through to the closing of their new home. The Homebuyer Concierge's main objective is to facilitate a seamless transaction by coordinating communication among buyers and various Lennar departments such as Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales, and Closing. By ensuring clear, concise, and timely updates, this role enhances customer satisfaction and supports the delivery of zero defect homes while managing cost and adhering to construction schedules.

This role is more than just administrative; it represents an opportunity to build a meaningful career focused on making homeownership dreams come true. The Homebuyer Concierge drives backlog management by proactively engaging with homebuyers throughout the homebuilding process, tracking key milestones using Salesforce, and overseeing document preparation to ensure compliance and readiness for closing. The position requires a blend of strong organizational skills, proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred), and a customer-centric mindset. Moreover, the Homebuyer Concierge plays a critical role in arranging milestone events like the Dusty Shoe Walks with the Construction Manager, ensuring homebuyers are engaged and informed at every stage. This is a hands-on position that necessitates regular in-person attendance at communities and job sites, demanding flexibility and physical capability to navigate construction environments.

Joining Lennar as a Homebuyer Concierge means more than just contributing to the homebuilding process. It is an invitation to be part of a celebrated, forward-thinking company that values associate development, offers competitive benefits, and promotes a collaborative work atmosphere. For professionals passionate about real estate and customer engagement, this role provides the perfect blend of career growth, meaningful impact, and the satisfaction of turning clients' dreams into reality.
