This role serves as the primary point of contact for homebuyers, helping guide them through the complex construction and closing processes. Acting as a liaison between the buyer and various Lennar departments—including Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales, and Closing—the Homebuyer Concierge ensures transactions are well coordinated and communication is clear. This role focuses heavily on customer service excellence, project management, and timely updates to keep homebuyers informed throughout the build. Responsibilities include managing backlogs of purchase agreements, scheduling critical milestone meetings, facilitating important document signings, and guaranteeing all required paperwork is complete for closing.
