Job Description
Lennar is one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, recognized as a Fortune 500 company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States. The company prides itself on delivering quality homes while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a culture centered around growth, opportunity, and giving back to communities. Lennar’s commitment to excellence spans building zero defect homes, efficient cost management, adherence to schedules, and creating extraordinary experiences for their homeowners, communities, and associates. Their comprehensive approach not only includes home construction but also focuses on supporting associates throughout their career journeys, making Lennar a company dedicated to both its customers and employees.
The role of Homebuyer Concierge at Lennar is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in customer-focused environments and seek a meaningful career path in the homebuilding industry. This position serves as the primary point of contact for homebuyers from the time a Purchase Agreement has been executed, continuing through the construction and closing stages. The Homebuyer Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that homebuyers have a seamless and positive experience by coordinating communications between the buyer and key departments such as Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales, and Closing. The position is dynamic and requires proactive management of multiple tasks to drive backlog management and ensure all transactions are efficiently managed to the close of escrow.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who can set clear expectations, address inquiries, and provide timely updates to homebuyers, easing their journey throughout the building process. It involves facilitating important milestone meetings, coordinating document signings, and ensuring sales files are complete, compliant, and prepared for successful closings. The Homebuyer Concierge must be adept at using CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office to track milestones such as Conditional Loan Approval and scheduling Dusty Shoe Walks with construction managers and homebuyers.
Additionally, the role requires a hands-on presence at company communities and job sites, necessitating regular in-person attendance during working hours. It also demands physical capabilities such as the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, and occasionally operate construction equipment. Finger dexterity for computing tasks is also essential. The position offers the chance to build a purposeful career in a company that empowers associates to make dreams come true while emphasizing zero defect homes and adherence to schedules.
Lennar supports its associates with a rich collection of benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match, paid parental leave, education assistance programs, adoption assistance, vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal days. This supportive environment encourages professional growth and personal well-being, making Lennar an employer of choice in the homebuilding sector. Lennar also fosters a culture of inclusivity and equal opportunity. The Homebuyer Concierge role offers a rewarding career path where you can make a real difference in the lives of homebuyers while growing within a respected and stable industry leader.
