Job Description
Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. As a Fortune 500 company and a consistent leader among homebuilders in the United States, Lennar has established itself as a trusted name in the industry. The company focuses not only on constructing top-quality homes but also on making a meaningful impact in the communities it serves. Lennar fosters a culture of growth and opportunity, supporting its associates throughout their careers with development programs, comprehensive benefits, and a work environment built on respect and inclusivity.
The Homebuyer Concierge role at Lennar is a vital position that focuses on enhancing the homebuying experience from the time a Purchase Agreement is executed through the construction and closing stages. This role primarily serves as the main point of contact for new homeowners, ensuring a seamless and positive journey by managing communication between buyers and multiple internal departments. These departments include Mortgage, Title, Construction, Sales, and Closing teams, all working collaboratively to deliver a flawless homebuilding and purchasing experience. The Homebuyer Concierge ensures all processes are coordinated perfectly so that buyers are well-informed, their concerns are addressed promptly, and crucial milestones are met on schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of homebuyers by proactively reaching out, setting expectations, and providing timely updates on the construction progress and closing steps. You'll facilitate meetings and introductions among stakeholders, ensuring clear communication lines are maintained at every stage. The position requires attention to detail to verify all sales files and documents are complete and compliant for smooth closings. Additionally, you will track important milestones such as the conditional loan approval, scheduling key walkthroughs during construction, and ensuring documents are signed on time to meet closing deadlines.
Lennar values candidates with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, is highly desired. This is a role for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
The Homebuyer Concierge will regularly attend onsite company communities, job sites, and offices as part of their responsibilities, often working in confined construction trailers and capable of performing physical tasks such as climbing stairs or lifting equipment when necessary. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a nationally respected organization dedicated to building quality homes and creating lasting customer satisfaction. Through this role, you contribute directly to making homeownership dreams a reality for families, while growing your own career with one of the top employers in the homebuilding industry.
