Housekeepers will manage their housekeeping carts efficiently, restock supplies, change linens, and attend to maintenance needs like swapping AC filters and addressing minor repairs with a commitment to safety and quality. Beyond cleaning, the position requires a friendly and approachable demeanor since Housekeepers often interact with guests. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests, and contributing to a positive atmosphere are key aspects of the role.

Safety is paramount in this position. Housekeepers act as safety supervisors by monitoring sensitive areas throughout the hotel to protect guests and property.
