Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- must have a valid driver’s license
- compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- track and maintain operational logs, manage messages and packages promptly
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue goals
- build and lead a strong front desk team including training new associates
- resolve guest complaints and workplace issues efficiently and professionally
- ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout front desk operations
