The Front Desk Supervisor at Home2 Suites by Hilton College Station plays a pivotal role in ensuring guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. Additionally, the Front Desk Supervisor contributes to hotel revenue management by being knowledgeable about current rates, packages, and promotions to optimize room sales and guest satisfaction. This role demands a hands-on leader who can build a communicative, motivated team, effectively train new associates, and resolve guest concerns or workplace challenges promptly and thoughtfully, always with safety and quality standards top of mind.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
