Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to train and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction
  • track and maintain operational logs, manage messages and packages promptly
  • monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue goals
  • build and lead a strong front desk team including training new associates
  • resolve guest complaints and workplace issues efficiently and professionally
  • ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout front desk operations
