The location benefits from proximity to key landmarks such as downtown's TEE Convention Center and the world-renowned Augusta National Golf Club, home of the Masters Tournament. In addition to these cultural and sporting highlights, we've enriched the visitor experience by providing access to the Morris Museum of Art and the James Brown Arena, ensuring there is always something exciting to see or do. Guests can start their day right with a complimentary breakfast served daily at our Inspired Table, emphasizing not just convenience but also quality and care in everything we do.

This position is ideal for motivated individuals who are dedicated to high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational support. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all public areas are impeccably maintained from lobbies to restrooms, carpets to furniture. The House Attendant is the unsung hero behind the scenes, whose attention to detail ensures every corner sparkles and every guest feels cared for.

You will be the first responder to guest requests, delivering items promptly with a cheerful, hospitable demeanor that enhances the overall visitor experience. Additionally, you will assist in setting up meetings and special events, contributing to the flawless execution of memorable occasions. Safety and security are also key aspects of this role; you will safeguard sensitive areas, manage lost-and-found items responsibly, and adhere strictly to safe work practices to prevent injuries and maintain a secure environment for all.

This role requires a hands-on approach and a proactive mindset, with an ability to stay calm under pressure. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where the energy is high, and the pace is brisk. We value team players who support their colleagues and take pride in helping our property shine. Employment is full-time, and after an initial waiting period, you will become eligible for a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan.
