The Home Infusion Nurse role at RN Enterprises is a vital position focused on providing specialized infusion therapy and nursing services to patients within their homes. This role requires an independent, highly skilled professional capable of safely administering intravenous medications such as IVIG or biologics, starting peripheral intravenous lines, and educating patients and caregivers on infusion therapy management. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, and continuously evaluate the patients' responses to treatments ensuring the best possible clinical outcomes. The position offers flexible work hours designed to support a healthy work-life balance, and hourly compensation ranges from $50 to $55. - Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Missouri
- minimum 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of specialized infusion medications
- evaluate and educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy administration
- develop and update patient care plans with team members

- communicate scheduling changes to team members as needed
- proficiently start peripheral intravenous lines and administer medications in home settings
- submit thorough documentation within 24-48 hours of patient encounters
