- Must be authorized to work in the US
- must have high school diploma
- must have six months office experience
- must possess typing and other clerical skills
- knowledge of office practices and procedures
- knowledge of computing hardware and software resources including web activity
- interpersonal and human relation skills

Job Duties
- Greet guest, answer general information questions, screen visitors, and deliver messages
- answer phones, process mail and UPS, perform light clerical duties
- type memos, correspondence, agendas and reports as required
- maintain files for the owner/agency
- set up physical folders for new clients and assist when needed
- ensure staffing coordinator and caregivers receive copies of plans for new patients and changes
- type proposals and quotes as needed
- order office supplies, bathroom, and new equipment as approved
- maintain paper stock for copier and fax machine
- keep workroom area tidy and clean
- maintain stock of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. for restrooms
- perform general filing
- present a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with co-workers
- foster goodwill and teamwork amongst all employees and customers
