Job Description
Concierge Care is a leading provider of essential personal home care referral services and in-home care services throughout Florida. Known for its commitment to offering superior senior care solutions, Concierge Care helps aging adults maintain their independence and quality of life by providing compassionate and professional assistance directly in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. The company’s strong reputation is supported by outstanding reviews on platforms such as Indeed, Google, and Yelp, reflecting its dedication to both clients and caregivers. As a company, Concierge Care emphasizes flexible staffing options, empowering caregivers to choose their schedules and roles in a way that fits their lifestyle. They are committed to supporting caregivers throughout the onboarding process, helping them get started quickly with easy contracting and support.
This opportunity seeks dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are passionate about enhancing the lives of senior clients by providing in-home care services. The role is designed for caregivers who value autonomy and flexibility, with options available for day, evening, and even 24-hour live-in assignments. Compensation ranges between $17.00 and $21.00 per hour, depending on factors such as client location, level of care required, and individual client needs. This position is ideal for those who prefer working independently as contractors and desire a flexible, rewarding caregiving career tailored around their personal schedule.
The primary responsibilities include offering companionship and non-medical assistance, helping seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers. Additionally, caregivers provide medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments or errands. This holistic approach ensures clients receive comprehensive support to maintain their health and happiness. The company supports caregivers with weekly wage payments and values the positive community impact that these frontline caregivers contribute through their compassionate work.
Concierge Care requires all applicants to complete a Level 2 background screening as mandated by Florida law, ensuring the safety and trust of their senior clients. The company is an equal opportunity employer that prohibits discrimination or harassment on any legally protected basis, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment. For those with experience in Alzheimer’s or dementia care, there is an additional advantage given the specialized nature of some client needs. Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently are critical, as caregivers often travel within their regions to provide services.
Working with Concierge Care is not just a job but a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while enjoying competitive compensation, flexible hours, and a supportive employer committed to caregiver success and community wellbeing. If you are ready to start a fulfilling career immediately and be part of a 5-star rated caregiving team, Concierge Care encourages you to apply and become a valued member of their growing network of compassionate caregivers.
