Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Valid home health aide certificate
- Completed organizational and state-required training
- Ability to perform personal care and housekeeping tasks
- Experience using medical equipment like Hoyer lifts
- Knowledge of basic nursing tasks and vital signs measurement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Assist clients with personal activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and assisting with meals
- Provide light housekeeping including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
- Use special equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary
- Take vital signs including temperature, pulse, and respiration as directed
- Perform routine or delegated nursing tasks such as collecting specimens, reinforcing dressings, and emptying urinary or ostomy bags
