Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Qualification as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse Aide per federal and state regulations
- At least 1 year of experience as Home Health Aide, or currently enrolled nursing student with at least 6 months clinical experience, or graduate from an approved HHA or CNA program
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Strong observational and reporting skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to travel 100 percent daily to patient homes
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to observe and report changes in patient status
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Genuine heart for service and compassion toward patients and families
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with ability to travel 100 percent daily to patient homes
Job Duties
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Support patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and ambulation to promote independence and safety at home
- Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as directed
- Accurately observe, report, and document changes in the patient's condition or behavior
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families through daily support and compassion
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of consistent and quality care
- Travel to patient homes as part of regular daily duties
