Brookdale promotes an empowering workplace where the employees find more than just a paycheck—they discover opportunities for professional development, overall health and wellness programs, and a fulfilling career path. The company offers competitive base pay aligned with skills and experience, alongside a full suite of benefits that include health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and voluntary benefits like pet insurance and ID theft protection. Additional perks for full-time associates encompass paid time off, paid holidays, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, and more. Veterans, transitioning military personnel, and military spouses are especially encouraged to apply, reflecting Brookdale’s strong commitment to diversity and social responsibility. The application window is typically open for 30 days from the posting date, reflecting the company's eagerness to welcome compassionate, skilled individuals to their team.
