Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass background check and required health screenings such as physical and TB test
Job Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide or willingness to complete our 2-week HHA training program
- compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused individuals
- strong communication skills
- ability to assist clients safely with mobility
Job Duties
- Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- help with meals and feeding
- provide companionship and emotional support
- assist with light housekeeping such as laundry and tidying up
- offer medication reminders under nurse supervision
- observe and report any changes in condition
- work closely with nurses and the care team to support each patient
