As a Home Health Account Executive at Concierge Home Care, you will play a crucial role in expanding our organization's presence within the senior living and healthcare community. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong referral relationships within senior living communities and other healthcare providers, driving census growth by exceeding sales goals, and acting as an advocate to ensure smooth transitions for patients moving to home care. You will be responsible for managing the referral-to-admission process efficiently, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
This role offers significant autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule and territory with flexible business hours based on your workflow. While independence is central to this role, you will receive strong leadership support and collaborate with experienced business development leadership and clinical and operations teams. Concierge Home Care emphasizes strong onboarding and mentorship to equip you for success. Effective communication with executive leadership and referral sources will be critical for your role in maintaining long-term partnerships and supporting the organization's overall growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare sales background, preferably within home health, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), durable medical equipment (DME), hospice, or as a clinical liaison. A clinical background such as RN, LPN, or MSW is highly preferred. You should have an active book of business within the Ft. Myers territory and possess exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Being detail-oriented and organized will help you manage multiple referral sources effectively while maintaining consistent contact with referral partners and executive leadership.
