The Concierge role at MN Custom Homes is a distinguished position within their Home Experience team. This role is a blend of relationship management, project coordination, and lifestyle curation, focused on providing exceptional service to homeowners throughout their journey. The Concierge acts as a central contact point, guiding clients from the pre-sale stages through to their move-in and beyond, ensuring smooth communication and proactive support. This role demands a high degree of hospitality, discretion, and organizational skill to maintain the company’s premium service standards. The Concierge fosters lasting relationships with homeowners by anticipating needs, coordinating key meetings, and connecting clients with trusted service providers. Success in this role is measured by homeowner satisfaction, seamless collaboration within internal departments, and the consistent upholding of MN’s values and culture. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between $82,573 and $115,602 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The role functions primarily out of their Bellevue office but also involves visiting job sites, demanding both interpersonal excellence and physical readiness to inspect homes and mechanisms as needed. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality business communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality residential real estate or client experience management within a high-touch service-driven environment
  • Previous experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects or client portfolios strongly preferred
  • Ability to visit homes and job sites including ascending stairs and inspecting spaces
  • Frequent use of computer keyboard and office equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs occasionally with or without accommodation
  • Must work in Bellevue office Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Regular travel between job sites and office
  • Valid WA State Driver’s License
  • Acceptable driving record and proof of vehicle insurance with MN listed as additional insured

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality business communications or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality residential real estate or client experience management
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects or client portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of luxury-level customer service and client relationship management
  • Skilled in maintaining discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and composure

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners throughout the pre-sale process creating clarity and confidence
  • Partner with sales construction and design teams to ensure information flows smoothly and clients feel informed and supported
  • Coordinate milestone meetings and walkthroughs with professionalism and warmth
  • Anticipate homeowner questions provide proactive updates and maintain organized documentation
  • Bridge communication between homeowners and internal teams following closing to ensure continuity of care
  • Connect homeowners with MN’s trusted network of service providers for ongoing home care and lifestyle services
  • Curate thoughtful gestures personalized recommendations and magic moments reinforcing service excellence
