The benefits package also includes access to employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives such as diabetes management resources. Moreover, employees are supported with retirement planning through a 401k plan with a company match, as well as paid vacation and PTO, making the company attractive to those seeking long-term employment and stability in their driving careers.
This role also offers sign-on bonuses totaling up to $3,000 for experienced drivers with an Exxon card and $2,000 for those without experience, underscoring the company’s commitment to attracting skilled professionals and nurturing new talent. Drivers are expected to maintain a clean driving record, pass DOT physical and drug tests, and complete a company-prescribed road test to ensure compliance and safety standards are met at all times.
