Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- Active insurance in your name
- Access to reliable transportation
- Comfortable driving clients of all mobility levels
- Ability to assist clients in and out of vehicles as needed
- Dedication to professional development including organizational and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to comply with background screening and training requirements
- Ability to assist clients with mobility and transportation needs
Job Duties
- Provide light housekeeping including laundry, organizing, and basic cleaning
- Assist clients with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal assistance
- Safely and timely transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Support clients with varying mobility levels during transportation
- Assist clients in and out of vehicles as needed
- Participate in organizational and state-required training for professional development
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold data security standards
