Committed to improving the quality of life for those who require assistance, the company offers personalized care plans delivered by trained and empathetic caregivers. As a veteran-friendly employer, Help at Home values the skills and experiences brought by veterans, active military personnel, and their spouses, ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Help at Home is currently hiring Home Care Aides, offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus to new hires who start on or after June 22, 2026. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a meaningful career in the high-demand healthcare sector, particularly in home care. The position features flexible scheduling, competitive wages typically starting around $13 per hour (varying by location, experience, and care plan), and comprehensive benefits including health care, paid time off, and cash bonuses. No prior experience is required, making it an ideal starting point for those interested in caregiving and personal support services.
As a Home Care Aide, you will work one-on-one with clients inside their homes, supporting them with everyday tasks that help maintain their independence and comfort. These tasks include light housekeeping such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning, assisting with personal care activities like dressing, grooming, and meal support, as well as running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments. Your role will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being of your clients, making a positive difference in their daily lives.
Help at Home ensures that all caregivers receive ongoing professional development and training required by state regulations, supporting career growth and skill enhancement. This role requires reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or ID, reflecting the mobility needed to serve clients across the community. The company maintains rigorous standards for background screening and compliance with state regulations to ensure safety and quality of care.
Joining Help at Home means becoming part of an industry leader with a legacy of compassionate care and a supportive work culture. This is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be a hero in your community by delivering essential services to those in need. The company encourages applications from individuals who are motivated to support others and are looking for a stable and rewarding career with opportunities for advancement and growth.
