With a diverse portfolio of properties ranging from upscale hotels to select-service accommodations, Aimbridge Hospitality is renowned for its dedication to quality service, strong leadership, and community engagement. The company fosters a collaborative and dynamic work environment where employees are valued and empowered to grow professionally while contributing to the success of the properties they manage. Known for its focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, Aimbridge Hospitality supports its teams with comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and a culture that prizes excellence and integrity.

The General Manager role at Aimbridge offers a unique opportunity to lead a vibrant hotel property located in Walnut Creek, California, near major attractions and corporate hubs. This position is full-time and integral to the hotel's success, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth, cost management, and team leadership, ensuring that every guest enjoys an outstanding experience that reflects Aimbridge’s standards of hospitality. You will be responsible for crafting innovative sales and marketing strategies, managing budgets with meticulous attention, and leveraging technology and systems to optimize efficiency across departments.

This leadership role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on management. You will serve as the primary representative of the hotel, building and maintaining valuable relationships with owners, corporate partners, and community leaders. Your ability to inspire and develop a motivated team will be key to delivering superior service and achieving operational goals. The position offers a competitive salary with access to a robust benefits package after an initial waiting period, including daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and retirement plans.

Situated conveniently just off I-680, the Holiday Inn Express® Walnut Creek hotel serves guests with amenities such as free high-speed wireless internet, complimentary breakfast featuring signature items like cinnamon rolls and Smart Roast coffee, a well-equipped fitness center, an outdoor pool, and comfortable triple-sheeted bedding. Your leadership will ensure that all aspects of the hotel—from front desk operations to maintenance—are running smoothly, contributing to a welcoming and memorable guest experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional with at least six years of progressive experience, a passion for guest service, and a proven record of financial and team management excellence. Step into this dynamic role and lead a property that balances business goals with a warm, guest-centered approach to hospitality.
