Job Requirements

- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to apply common sense to complete simple tasks
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- willingness to comply with uniform and grooming standards
- completion of all required training and certifications
- attendance at orientation and adherence to all company policies
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a line cook
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- ability to apply common sense and carry out simple instructions
- successful completion of HOH training program
- compliance with local and state food and alcohol service certifications
Job Duties
- adhere to uniform standards

- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
