Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform dishwashing duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- willingness to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in dishwashing or a similar role preferred
- understanding of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, trays, utensils, cups and other cooking equipment
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- follow restaurant policies and regulations
- support kitchen staff by ensuring availability of clean equipment
- monitor dishwashing supplies and request restocking as needed
