The Role
Hobgoblin is seeking enthusiastic and creative bartenders to join its dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-energy setting where bartenders can showcase their mixology skills and creativity. The bartenders at Hobgoblin not only prepare traditional cocktails, beer, and wine but also craft signature "magical potions" that align with the pub's thematic aesthetic. Those in this role will contribute to the development of seasonal menus and have the chance to design their own cocktail specials, fostering an environment that values innovation and guest engagement. The position requires individuals who can deliver warm, engaging, and professional service while maintaining efficiency behind a busy and organized bar.
In addition to technical bartending skills, candidates must ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Massachusetts state laws, complete opening and closing duties, and participate in side work to support the overall operations of the bar.
