Job Requirements
- Smartphone with data plan
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid proof of car insurance with you covered as a driver
- Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs and walk distances during shifts
- Must be available to work evening shifts primarily Sunday through Thursday
- Must commit to mandatory Sunday shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Valid driver’s license for drivers
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Capability to walk and climb stairs for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication and reporting
Job Duties
- Perform nightly door-to-door trash collection within assigned apartment communities
- Operate as a helper or driver with a pickup truck or trailer
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of trash collection routes
- Lift and transport trash containers up to 30 lbs
- Climb stairs and walk distances during shifts
- Maintain communication with supervisors and follow safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting residents' property and community guidelines
