The role requires at least two years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or similar caregiving fields. It is ideal for individuals eager to play, read, craft, and embark on imaginative adventures with children or those who provide thoughtful companionship, assist with light tasks, and serve as reliable friends to seniors. Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday with availability during the day is essential to ensure consistent and dependable care. The starting pay is competitive, beginning at $20.00 per hour, with the added benefit of overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked beyond 40 per week.
