Job Description

Jovie BOSTON is a compassionate caregiving company dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children and seniors throughout Boston and its surrounding areas. Operating as a trusted provider of in-home care services, Jovie BOSTON is committed to creating a supportive and fun environment for families and seniors who need assistance and companionship. The company stands out by offering flexible employment options for caregivers, blending professional responsibility with a genuine welcoming community. This unique company is a franchise that covers a broad service area including Boston, Lowell, Braintree, the North End, Framingham, and neighboring states Rhode Island and New Hampshire, providing inclusive caregiving solutions tailored to individual needs.

Jovie BOSTON is currently hiring both full-time and part-time caregivers who are energized, empathetic, and dedicated to enriching the lives of others. Whether you have a knack for engaging children through imaginative play and creative activities or a warm heart for providing comfort and companionship to seniors, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a real difference. Employees at Jovie BOSTON enjoy the flexibility to control their schedules using the innovative My Jovie App, empowering caregivers to choose their work hours and balance their personal and professional lives seamlessly. The company promotes a thriving community culture, ensuring that caregivers remain connected through online platforms and social gatherings, fostering teamwork and mutual support. Being a W2 employee at Jovie BOSTON means reliable payroll processing, tax handling, workers' compensation coverage, and accrued sick time, offering caregivers peace of mind and professional stability.

The role requires at least two years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or similar caregiving fields. It is ideal for individuals eager to play, read, craft, and embark on imaginative adventures with children or those who provide thoughtful companionship, assist with light tasks, and serve as reliable friends to seniors. Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday with availability during the day is essential to ensure consistent and dependable care. The starting pay is competitive, beginning at $20.00 per hour, with the added benefit of overtime paid at time and a half for hours worked beyond 40 per week. Jovie BOSTON welcomes caregivers who are proactive, reliable, and ready to join a supportive team that truly values their contributions. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a community and to positively influence lives every day by delivering exceptional, heartfelt care on the road across the service area.
