We hire all caregivers as W2 employees, offering benefits such as accrued sick time, payroll and tax handling, and workers' compensation coverage, ensuring a smooth and secure employment experience

This role requires professionals who are enthusiastic about providing engaging care to children and meaningful companionship to seniors. Ideal candidates are proactive, reliable, and ready to embrace the creativity of childhood play or the gentle companionship of senior care. Responsibilities include planning and participating in imaginative activities and games for children, engaging in thoughtful conversations and assistance with light tasks for seniors, and fostering a supportive environment that helps clients thrive. We seek individuals with at least two years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or related roles, who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week with availability between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm or 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday. Reliable transportation via car or public transit is also required to navigate our extensive service area. Job Requirements

  • Be reliable, engaging, and proactive
  • Ready to play games, read stories, get crafty, and embark on imaginative quests
  • Ability to provide warm companionship and help with light tasks for seniors
  • 2 plus years of combined experience in caregiving
  • Commitment to at least 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with availability between 7 am - 7 pm or 8 am - 8 pm
  • Be 18 plus years old
  • Reliable transportation by car or public transit

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or similar caregiving roles
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and reliable work ethic
  • Age 18 or older
  • Experience with flexible scheduling tools preferred
