Job Requirements
- Be reliable, engaging, and proactive
- Ready to play games, read stories, get crafty, and embark on imaginative quests
- Ability to provide warm companionship and help with light tasks for seniors
- 2 plus years of combined experience in caregiving
- Commitment to at least 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with availability between 7 am - 7 pm or 8 am - 8 pm
- Be 18 plus years old
- Reliable transportation by car or public transit
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or similar caregiving roles
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and reliable work ethic
- Age 18 or older
- Experience with flexible scheduling tools preferred
Job Duties
- Provide engaging, creative activities and games for children
- Offer warm companionship and light assistance to seniors
- Plan and execute imaginative indoor adventures
- Help seniors with outings and appointments
- Maintain reliable communication and scheduling via the My Jovie App
- Uphold safety and wellbeing standards for clients
- Build trusting and supportive relationships with families and seniors
