This role requires professionals who are enthusiastic about providing engaging care to children and meaningful companionship to seniors. Ideal candidates are proactive, reliable, and ready to embrace the creativity of childhood play or the gentle companionship of senior care. Responsibilities include planning and participating in imaginative activities and games for children, engaging in thoughtful conversations and assistance with light tasks for seniors, and fostering a supportive environment that helps clients thrive. We seek individuals with at least two years of combined experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, senior care, or related roles, who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week with availability between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm or 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday. Reliable transportation via car or public transit is also required to navigate our extensive service area.
