The position offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for unlimited overtime paid at time and a half. This ensures that caregivers who want to provide more hours have the chance to increase their earnings while doing what they love. Importantly, caregivers are hired as W2 employees, meaning Jovie BOSTON handles payroll, taxes, and workers' compensation, providing a professional and secure working environment. Benefits include accrued sick time and ongoing community support through regular events and robust online networks. This role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, primarily during day hours between 7 am to 7 pm or 8 am to 8 pm, allowing many hours to fit within family and personal schedules.
