At Jovie BOSTON, the focus is on creating an environment where caregivers feel empowered and supported while delivering outstanding care. The company offers both full-time and part-time positions, providing flexibility to fit the varied lifestyles of their employees. The innovative My Jovie App gives caregivers complete control over their schedules, allowing them to share their availability and be matched with suitable caregiving assignments. This approach puts autonomy in the hands of the caregivers, making it easier to balance work with personal commitments. Jovie BOSTON values its team members and fosters a strong sense of community by maintaining an active online forum and organizing regular gatherings that encourage connection, support, and camaraderie among caregivers.

The roles available at Jovie BOSTON are not just jobs; they are opportunities to become everyday heroes who positively impact the lives of kids and seniors. Whether you are a kid-whisperer who can transform indoor days into creative adventures or a senior caregiver who provides heartwarming companionship and practical assistance, Jovie BOSTON has a place for you. Responsibilities include engaging with children through play, storytelling, and crafts or assisting seniors with light tasks, outings, and companionship. The company hires caregivers as W2 employees, offering benefits such as accrued sick time, managed payroll and payroll taxes, and workers' compensation. With competitive hourly pay starting at $20 and opportunities for unlimited overtime paid at time and a half, Jovie BOSTON rewards dedication and hard work. Being part of this team means you are supported by a reliable organization committed to your independence and success, with help available seven days a week.
