Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all kitchen equipment, pans, and shelving
- Reading, writing, and basic math skills required
- Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- Must have good mobility during shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must respond quickly and efficiently to changes or edits to orders
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant kitchen environment is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts Monday through Saturday including weekends
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow directions and learn quickly
- Friendly and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh biscuits according to Chick-fil-A recipes and standards
- Support the kitchen team with various cooking and prep tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Respond quickly and efficiently to changes or edits to orders
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
