Job Description

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is a renowned American fast-food restaurant chain specializing in chicken sandwiches, founded in 1946 by S. Truett Cathy. The journey began with the opening of The Dwarf Grill (later known as The Dwarf House) in Atlanta, Georgia, which laid the foundation for the growth of Chick-fil-A. The first official Chick-fil-A restaurant was launched in 1967 at Atlanta's Greenbriar Shopping Center. Over the decades, Chick-fil-A has grown to become America's number one fast food restaurant, recognized for its exceptional customer service, quality food, and strong corporate values. It holds the distinction of having the highest same-store sales and is the largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States by annual system-wide sales. The company’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the quality of its food; it fosters a nurturing, familial work environment where employees are highly valued and given opportunities to develop skills that serve them well into their future careers.

The role of Morning Biscuit Maker & Prep Team Member at Chick-fil-A is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and serving customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the kitchen team by preparing fresh biscuits and assisting in the kitchen with various tasks as needed. Biscuit Makers have the rewarding responsibility of ensuring every biscuit is crafted to Chick-fil-A’s high-quality standards, contributing directly to the satisfaction of the guests. Those working in the prep area help keep the kitchen running smoothly by preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Chick-fil-A values employees who are reliable, motivated, and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service. The company offers flexible work hours, which can accommodate personal commitments such as family, school, or sports activities. Importantly, all Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays, providing a guaranteed day off to enjoy with family and friends. Employees get to work closely with an independent Chick-fil-A Operator who is invested in their growth, teaching valuable business and people skills that help set the foundation for a successful future. With competitive pay and an engaging work environment, this role is ideal for individuals seeking not only a job but a stepping-stone to career development. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be available for early morning shifts Monday through Saturday, including weekends.

In summary, Chick-fil-A offers more than just an employment opportunity; it provides a platform to build professional skills in a supportive environment. Morning Biscuit Makers and Prep Team Members contribute significantly to restaurant success by delivering quality food and exceptional service to customers. Enthusiastic team members at Chick-fil-A enjoy flexible hours, competitive pay, and the privilege of working for America’s leading fast food chain with a strong culture of respect and community engagement. This position is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic settings and are eager to grow in the hospitality industry.
