Job Requirements
- professional caregiver experience
- valid certified nursing assistant (CNA), nursing assistant (NA) or personal care aide (PCA) certification
- proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration and reliable vehicle
- open availability strongly preferred
- TB screening/PPD and/or chest x-ray
- basic computer skills
- proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- complete activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
- supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support
- assist with personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
- provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
- perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
