Job Requirements

  • professional caregiver experience
  • valid certified nursing assistant (CNA), nursing assistant (NA) or personal care aide (PCA) certification
  • proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration and reliable vehicle
  • open availability strongly preferred
  • TB screening/PPD and/or chest x-ray
  • basic computer skills
  • proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
  • complete activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
  • supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social and emotional support
  • assist with personal care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
  • provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
  • perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
