Job Description

With a firm belief in putting customers at the core of everything, Chase fosters engaged, lifelong relationships that are rooted in trust and satisfaction. The company actively supports not only individual clients but also small businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities by delivering tailored financial solutions that address their unique needs and drive growth. Chase prides itself on a culture that embraces diversity, inclusion, and corporate responsibility, attributing much of its success to the diverse talents of its global workforce. This environment enables employees to thrive professionally while contributing meaningfully to the communities they serve.

Working at Chase means being part of a dynamic team that leverages cutting-edge financial technology combined with attentive and personalized service to redefine the banking experience. The company offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary, commission-based pay or discretionary incentives, extensive health care coverage, wellness resources, a retirement savings plan, childcare support, tuition reimbursement, mental health programs, financial coaching, and more. These benefits reflect Chase's commitment to supporting the whole employee. The company also underscores equal opportunity employment, ensuring no discrimination on any protected basis and providing accommodations to meet individual needs. Employees enjoy a rich, inclusive culture that values collaboration, learning, and career development.

The role of Associate Banker at Chase is vital to the organization's mission of delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering trust and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include facilitating day-to-day banking transactions, opening accounts, educating clients on the use of the brand’s innovative digital platforms such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements. The role offers an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships by actively listening, offering tailored solutions, and connecting clients to Chase’s specialized financial experts to help them meet their financial goals.

In addition to client service, the Associate Banker will also help maintain branch operations by managing cash devices like cash vaults and ATMs while adhering strictly to bank policies and procedures. The ideal candidate brings a strong ability to prioritize client satisfaction, build trusted relationships, communicate effectively, resolve issues with a keen eye for detail, and learn quickly in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
