The company is currently hosting a hiring event specifically aimed at acquiring talented General Managers and Managers in Training at its Orem North location. These leadership roles are central to maintaining Mo' Bettahs' distinctive brand experience and operational excellence. The General Manager position requires candidates with over two years of experience in managing teams of up to 40 individuals, while the Manager in Training role is suited for those with 1 to 2 years of experience in coaching, training, or assistant general management.

The compensation package is competitive, with a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $70,000, supplemented by performance and stay bonuses that can significantly augment the annual income, potentially topping $40,000 in bonuses. The General Manager and Manager in Training will embody the Aloha spirit, becoming primary leaders responsible for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. Their duties will include driving same-store sales growth, ensuring efficient service line speeds, developing and mentoring talent within their teams, managing daily operations encompassing scheduling, inventory, and reporting, and being the face of customer service and community engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of promoting team members
  • Experience in training, coaching, or assistant general management roles (1-2 years for Manager in Training, 2+ years for General Manager)
