Job Duties

  • Lead by example demonstrating all the things it takes for your team to head to the top
  • Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
  • Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to implementation of new store programs and initiatives
  • Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan including unique accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices
  • Maintain store appearance and operations at optimal levels
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans, and troubleshoot device and account issues
  • Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
  • Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues
  • Identify and handoff small business leads
  • Develop strong peer relationships creating accountability for company success
  • Promote a positive and fun work environment while providing first class customer experience
