Job Requirements

- Wireless sales experience
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs

Job Duties
- Lead by example demonstrating all the things it takes for your team to head to the top
- Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
- Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to implementation of new store programs and initiatives
- Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan including unique accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices
- Maintain store appearance and operations at optimal levels
- Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans, and troubleshoot device and account issues
- Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
- Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues
- Identify and handoff small business leads
- Develop strong peer relationships creating accountability for company success
- Promote a positive and fun work environment while providing first class customer experience
