Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • High school degree or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full time availability (40 hours)

Job Duties

  • Learn and build proficiency in customer service
  • Provide best in class customer experience and build loyalty
  • Assist customers picking up their shopping journey across channels
  • Explore individual customer needs and demonstrate latest technology
  • Sell personalized solutions including devices, services, and accessories
  • Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise
  • Assist Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and plan benefits
  • Complete training on systems, processes, and new skills
  • Build partnerships with employees across channels
  • Resolve customer issues to create seamless experience
  • Identify and handoff small business leads
  • Develop strong peer relationships supporting company success
  • Maintain a positive and fun environment while providing first-class service
