Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Reliable transportation

- Learn and build proficiency in customer service
- Provide best in class customer experience and build loyalty

- Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expertise
- Assist Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching
- Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and plan benefits
- Complete training on systems, processes, and new skills
- Build partnerships with employees across channels
- Resolve customer issues to create seamless experience
- Identify and handoff small business leads
- Develop strong peer relationships supporting company success
- Maintain a positive and fun environment while providing first-class service
