The roles available include Customer Service Representatives, Assistant Store Managers, and Food Captains. Customer Service Representatives will be the face of the company, greeting customers, handling cash registers, making purchase recommendations, and maintaining store appearance. These associates work both inside and outside the store in various areas to uphold the company's high standards. Assistant Store Managers play a crucial leadership role, assisting the Store Manager in overseeing operations, including hiring, supervising, bookkeeping, and merchandising. They ensure the store runs smoothly and customer service targets are met. Food Captains hold responsibility for food execution, training team members on food operational excellence, managing food profitability, sales, and margin performance.

All positions require employees to interact with customers daily, collaborating within energetic teams to meet store goals.
