Job Description

SMG McDonald's is an independently owned and operated franchisee that licenses McDonald's logos and food products to run its restaurant situated in Indian Land. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate employer responsible for all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The franchisee operates with autonomy from McDonald's USA and is wholly responsible for employment decisions and policies in this restaurant. This franchise allows McDonald's brand and products to serve the local community while providing employment opportunities with a distinct management structure independent from the national corporation.
