Job Duties
- own the coordination of the full hiring process across open roles
- coordinate and manage job postings across multiple platforms including linkedin, indeed, company website, hackernews, etc.
- schedule and confirm interviews, working across multiple time zones
- help implement improvements to the recruiting process and candidate experience
- screen resumes and assist in initial candidate outreach
- conduct initial interview of candidates for various positions
- serve as the poc for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding transitions
- maintain and ensure accurate records of candidate stages, notes, and interview feedback
- draft and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and alignment with SerpApi
- help organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs, virtual career days, or university recruiting initiatives
