Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment
  • Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness
  • Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude
  • Exhibit great customer service skills
  • Ensure guest and hotel property is respected and safe
  • Safeguard sensitive areas
  • Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries
