The position of Housekeeper or Room Attendant at Hilton plays a vital role in upholding these standards by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and other hotel areas. This role primarily involves cleaning guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, replenishing towels and toiletries, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping carts to ensure each room is guest-ready. Housekeepers must strictly adhere to Hilton’s cleanliness and brand standards so that every guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming environment. Beyond routine housekeeping duties, employees may respond to specific guest requests and report any maintenance issues they encounter.

Housekeepers are expected to complete a set number of rooms per shift and can be tasked with deep cleaning duties periodically. Responsibilities also include organizing housekeeping carts, cleaning hallways if assigned, and maintaining cleaning equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
