Job Description

Hilton is currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our team and uphold the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and various hotel areas. The role primarily involves cleaning guest rooms to Hilton’s high standards, which includes making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, replenishing towels and toiletries, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping carts. Our housekeepers play a vital role in ensuring each room meets the brand’s cleanliness criteria and is ready for arriving guests, which greatly contributes to overall guest satisfaction.

In addition to room cleaning, Housekeepers are responsible for responding promptly to guest requests, reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner, and performing deep cleaning tasks as necessary. They ensure the organization of housekeeping carts, cleaning of hallways when assigned, and proper maintenance of cleaning equipment. This position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Typically earning between $15 and $24 per hour, the position offers competitive compensation with opportunities to earn overtime pay, weekend and holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses depending on the hotel location.
