Housekeepers at Hilton play a crucial role by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public spaces. This involves cleaning guest rooms thoroughly, making beds, changing linens, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing towels and toiletries, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping carts. Employees must ensure that rooms are spotless and inviting, ready to welcome arriving guests. This role also requires responding to guest requests promptly and reporting any maintenance issues to ensure a seamless experience. Housekeepers typically complete a designated number of rooms per shift and perform deep cleaning tasks as required. They must also manage housekeeping carts effectively, maintain cleaning equipment, and occasionally clean hallways or other hotel areas as assigned.

This role offers an hourly wage ranging typically from $15 to $24, with opportunities for overtime, weekend, and holiday pay, as well as performance-based bonuses depending on the hotel location. Job Requirements
