Job Requirements
- minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
- ability to lift and move heavy items
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends holidays and overtime
- physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- reliable and punctual work ethic
- ability to follow Hilton cleaning and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms including making beds changing linens and cleaning bathrooms
- vacuum floors and dust furniture
- replenish towels toiletries and other room supplies
- remove trash and restock housekeeping carts
- ensure rooms meet Hilton cleanliness and brand standards
- respond to guest requests and report maintenance issues
- perform deep cleaning tasks and maintain cleaning equipment
- organize housekeeping carts and clean hallways when assigned
