Hilton is currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join their housekeeping team. This role is fundamental in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and various hotel areas, directly influencing guest satisfaction and the overall guest experience. Housekeepers at Hilton are tasked with cleaning guest rooms, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, replenishing towels and toiletries, removing trash, and restocking housekeeping carts. They play a critical role in ensuring each room meets Hilton's strict cleanliness and brand standards, thereby making rooms ready for arriving guests.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $24, with additional opportunities for overtime pay, weekend pay, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses that vary depending on the hotel location. Housekeepers are expected to complete a set number of rooms per shift and perform deep cleaning tasks according to the hotel's requirements. In addition to room duties, they are responsible for organizing housekeeping carts, replacing linens, cleaning hallways when assigned, and maintaining cleaning equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
