Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent previous housekeeping experience preferred ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping ability to follow instructions and cleaning procedures good communication skills availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies basic understanding of sanitation and safety practices ability to work independently and as part of a team good communication skills attention to detail reliability and time management skills physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks following hotel standards
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms making beds changing linens cleaning bathrooms vacuuming floors dusting furniture replenishing towels and toiletries removing trash restocking housekeeping carts ensuring rooms meet Hilton cleanliness and brand standards responding to guest requests reporting maintenance issues completing a set number of rooms per shift performing deep cleaning tasks organizing housekeeping carts replacing linens cleaning hallways maintaining cleaning equipment following Hilton cleaning procedures safety guidelines and hotel service standards
