Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic communication skills
- ability to handle cleaning equipment safely
- reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- clean guest rooms according to Hilton standards
- make beds and change linens
- clean bathrooms thoroughly
- vacuum floors and dust furniture
- replenish towels and toiletries
- remove trash from guest rooms and public areas
- restock housekeeping carts regularly
- complete assigned number of rooms per shift
- perform deep cleaning tasks when required
- organize and maintain housekeeping carts
- clean hallways and other assigned areas
- maintain and clean housekeeping equipment
- follow Hilton cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- respond to guest requests promptly
- report maintenance issues to management
